Q: How do I track an order I placed?
 
A:

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with you order tracking number (based on the shipping option that you selected). At any time, the tracking number from the delivery company will give you your most up-to-date delivery status.

To check if your order has been shipped, log in to "My Account" for the latest update on your order. Go to http://www.canadapost.ca/ for the latest update on your order.
