| CATEGORY: Q: How do I cancel my order? A: When the Order Status is "New"
When your order status is New, you may cancel the order directly by emailing customerservice@nutritionhouse.com or calling 1-800-339-1932 to Cancel your order. Be sure to quote your "My Account" information in the communication.
However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be honored. Your order may have already entered the shipping process, at which point it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy.
