Q: What happens if there are missing parts to my shipped order?
 
A:

Please kindly check your shipment confirmation e-mail or the Packing Slip within the shipment to see whether all items in your order are being shipped. You may also Log into My Account to view the status of your order. If the status indicates that your entire order has been shipped, please track your shipment by using the tracking number we sent you or Contact Us.

International Order(s)

The tracking number may not be available for the standard shipment option.
